Job Title: Senior Transformation Manager

To drive business growth and efficiency, we're looking for a Digital Transformation Leader to support our teams.

  • Develop a comprehensive digitalization strategy ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Leverage emerging technology to streamline processes, improve data analytics, and automate tasks.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital solutions and oversee their deployment.
  • Analyze business operations, identify inefficiencies, and propose innovative digital solutions to enhance performance and service delivery.
  • Monitor industry trends in digital transformation and assess their impact on business operations.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for digital programs and ensure continuous improvement and measurable ROI.
  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of digital tools and processes among employees.

We're looking for candidates with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, project management, or consulting, preferably within a GBS environment.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A strong understanding of digital technologies, data analytics, and automation tools.
  • A proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams during complex projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
