Strategic Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our presales & solution consulting efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs and business goals.
  • Lead complex opportunities, supporting RFPs, demos, and proof-of-concepts to showcase value proposition.
  • Provide consultative support during sales process, offering insights on solution value, best practices, scalability, and ROI.

Strategy & Execution:

  • Drive pre-sales strategy aligned with business objectives, working closely with stakeholders.
  • Lead initiatives to improve Presales Centre of Excellence by bringing in best practices.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitive insights to guide solution strategy and positioning.

Strategic Advisory:

  • Act as trusted advisor to client stakeholders, offering insights into best practices and industry trends.
  • Identify opportunities for business transformation or operational optimization and propose long-term transformation strategies for clients.
  • Advise on change management strategies and long-term solution scalability.

Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:

  • Closely collaborate with Product, Technology, Research, and Content teams to ensure seamless alignment on proposed solution.
  • Provide critical client feedback to Product, Research, and Content teams which could help refine product and content roadmap.
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams on account nurturing / farming / retention strategy.

Marketing Initiatives:

  • Work closely with Customer Success team to understand client engagements and create compelling case studies articulating value delivered.
  • For strategic accounts, articulate ROI delivered by solutions through representative scenarios.
  • Lead creation of industry specific solution pitches to bring in more contextualization in value proposition.
