As a seasoned Operations Manager, you will lead and oversee consulting assignments across the hospitality, tourism, and leisure sectors.

This role requires strong project management skills, excellent client-facing abilities, and a deep understanding of the consulting environment in the GCC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring that all projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

  • Project Scope: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects from initiation to completion.
  • Project Planning: Define project scopes, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in alignment with client requirements and internal governance.
  • Team Management: Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring adherence to Company's SOPs and approval processes.
  • Client Relationship: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Risk Management: Monitor project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  • Business Development: Support business development activities by managing proposals, timelines, and tender submissions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide post-project reviews and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, economics, business administration, tourism, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience in consulting, ideally within real estate, tourism, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Proven experience leading multi-stakeholder projects in complex environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple assignments, and travel to the GCC if required.
