We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a seasoned consultant.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public health research, with expertise in leading secondary research, data collection, and analysis.

  • Lead secondary research and insights, data collection, collation, and analysis on various areas of public health.
  • Manage databases and repositories, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurately reflect the latest information.
  • Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of data management, analysis, and monitoring and evaluation activities.
  • Able to lead and execute research and MLE activities, including quantitative surveys and qualitative impact stories.
  • Develop, edit, review, and coordinate monthly reports, presentations, dashboards, and visualizations.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Minimum 7-12 years of experience in public health research, with a strong track record in India and globally.
  • Masters/MA in Public Health or a related field.
  • Excellent consulting, research, MLE, data analysis, and writing skills.
  • Experience in strategy execution, measurement, review, and adjustment is desirable.
  • Strong oral, facilitation, and written communication skills.
  • Past experience in team leadership.
  • Sound qualitative and quantitative knowledge, with the ability to extract relevant data to convey complex information through supporting tables, graphs, and other visual representations.
  • Familiarity with analytical and visualization software, such as STATA, R, Atlas ti, Power BI, etc.
  • Ability to conduct literature reviews, systematic reviews, and meta-analysis.
  • Capacity to work independently and effectively across cultural, linguistic, and geographical barriers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
