We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Partnership Specialist to establish, nurture and expand partnerships with Stock Market brokerage firms in India.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokerage firms and financial institutions.
- Identify and acquire new brokers pan-India.
- Onboard new brokers to expand our network.
- The Strategic Partnership Specialist will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with brokerage partners, coordinating trading activities, and providing support to retail investors.
- Facilitate communication between brokers and clients, ensuring smooth trading operations and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Act as the primary point of contact for brokers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring long-term engagement.
- Negotiate terms and agreements to align with company objectives and broker expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance broker onboarding processes and trading platform integration.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships.
- Provide training and support to brokers on our trading solutions and value propositions.
- Regularly analyze broker performance metrics and optimize engagement strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to implement broker-related promotional campaigns.
