Key Role in Executive Office

The role of a Special Aide to the MD is a high-profile position within the office. It serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling all matters related to the MD.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: This aide works closely with various teams across the organization to ensure seamless implementation of strategic goals set by the MD.
  • Communication, Partnerships & Outreach: The aide keeps the MD's bio updated and responds to requests for information about the MD and the organization.
  • Liaison Services: As an administrative liaison to the Board of Directors, this aide supports the MD in their interactions with the board.
  • Senior Management Support: Participating as an adjunct member of the Executive Team, the aide assists in scheduling meetings and attending sessions as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent organizational skills are required to perform multiple tasks efficiently, demonstrating attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills enable the development of relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners, and donors.
  • Expert-level written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with diverse groups.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving showcases strong decision-making capabilities.
