We are seeking highly skilled engineers to manage day-to-day operations at various project sites. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for supervising site work, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and maintaining quality, safety and compliance with project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and execute site work in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and schedules.
  • Supervise contractor and subcontractor teams to ensure proper workflow and quality.
  • Monitor project progress, report site status to project managers, and address any delays or technical issues.
  • Ensure safety regulations and protocols are followed strictly on-site.
  • Coordinate with design teams, consultants, procurement, and site workers for smooth project execution.

Specialized Responsibilities:
  • Civil Engineering: Execute and oversee construction activities such as excavation, concreting, brickwork, plastering, and structural works.
  • Interpret civil design drawings including RCC, steel structures, road layouts, drainage, and foundation plans.
  • Conduct quality checks on materials like cement, aggregates, and concrete mix.
  • Electrical: Oversee installation of electrical panels, cabling, wiring, lighting, transformers, generators, and earthing systems.
  • Mechanical: Supervise installation of mechanical equipment such as pumps, piping, HVAC systems, fire-fighting systems, tanks, and valves.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute.
  • Fresher applications may be considered for junior roles.
  • Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Knowledge of local construction standards, safety norms, and government regulations.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
