Job Overview

As a dedicated and experienced project coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of corporate office interior design projects. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day site activities for interior design projects.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines to ensure alignment with client requirements.
  • Monitor quality standards and adherence to approved designs, drawings, and specifications.
  • Manage vendor and contractor performance to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Coordinate with design teams, procurement, vendors, and clients for seamless communication.
  • Track project budgets and report cost deviations.
  • Conduct site meetings and provide regular project updates to management and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements at the site.
  • Provide quick and effective solutions to on-site challenges.
  • Ensure timely handover of the project with high-quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Project Management.
  • 5-8 years of experience in managing corporate office interior projects.
  • Strong understanding of interior design processes, materials, and finishing standards.
  • Proven ability to manage vendors, contractors, and site teams.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Flexibility to stay full-time at the project site.
