Test Data Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled test data specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for an individual with experience in test data management practices and a passion for developing and implementing effective test data strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Test Data Strategies: Develops, advocates, and maintains the policies and principles of the SHS Test Data Strategy.
  • Work with Project Teams: Works with project teams to analyze and understand information needs in order to develop test data requirements.
  • Data Analysis and Management: Assists project teams with data analysis and data management processes.
  • Data Research: Researches existing data domains in support of program or project needs.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years total experience.
  • A minimum of 5-6 years relevant experience.
  • Mandatory skills include test data management practices (SIT, UAT, Regression, E2E, Parallel Testing) and test data strategy (develop, document, implement and execute).
  • US healthcare payer claims migration experience is an advantage.
  • Alternate skills include test data automation and enterprise information tools experience, database technology capabilities and related tools, and excellent metadata management skills.
