Job Role:

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop test strategies, build test plans, and manage risks & issues effectively
  2. Collaborate with automation leads to design, implement, and maintain test automation for assigned modules
  3. Ensure regression packs are created in sync with releases and contribute to their maintenance and improvement
  4. Support transformation initiatives, reflecting continuous improvement, and implement best-in-class practices
  5. Work closely with business teams to conduct testing, create test plans for releases, and participate in sprint planning sessions
  6. Provide informed views on test estimation, metrics, automation scripts, and reports on automation runs
Requirements:
  • Experience in delivering end-to-end software testing projects
  • Understanding of risk management principles and experience with behaviour-driven development frameworks like Cucumber
  • API testing expertise and knowledge of agile methodologies with JIRA tool skills
  • Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management abilities
