Job Title: Performance Test Specialist

As a Performance Test Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating the speed, reliability, and scalability of our product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the performance of the product using advanced testing tools and methodologies to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Analyze complex test results and create detailed reports on system performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with software developers and architects to optimize system performance, leveraging technical expertise to drive business growth.
  • Implement cutting-edge performance monitoring tools to detect and troubleshoot system performance issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7 years of overall IT experience, preferably in a performance engineering or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of performance testing tools and methodologies, including Core Java, Hibernate, JPA, JTA, Spring, XMLBeans, Web Services, XML, XSD, REST services, Microservices, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Kafka, Vertex, SQL, IBM MQ, Active MQ, JMS, WebSphere/WebLogic, Unit testing tools like JUnit, mocking libraries such as Mockito, Build tools like Gradle and Maven.
Desirable Skills:
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, conveying technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
