Business Expansion and Franchise Development

The role reports to the Business Manager and is responsible for expanding business operations and developing franchises of schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential business partners for the expansion of pre-schools.
  • Conduct city profiling and identify locations for opening new Kidzee Pre-School.
  • Implement and monitor lead generation initiatives through marketing activities.
  • Present business plans to potential business partners.
  • Evaluate prospect profiles for suitability as a business partner.
  • Design, implement, and facilitate marketing strategies for acquisition.
  • Oversee revenue, profitability targets, product development, and launching of products in the region.
  • Be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Business Partner and coordinate with them for smooth functioning of franchise academic centers.
  • Build the school brand in target markets and inspect centers.
  • Ensure academic processes and delivery meet company standards.
  • Monitor market intelligence within the industry regarding the market.
  • Correct tier issues and their procedures.
  • Adhere to all legal norms and procedures.

Qualifications & Requisite:

Education & Experience:

  • Post Graduate in Management (Operations / Sales) OR Graduate (BBA / BMS) with experience ranging from 5-7 years in franchisee / Sales / Institutional Sales.
  • Understanding of geographic regions and willingness to travel.
