Job Title: Global Growth Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Growth Specialist to lead our expansion into new marketplaces. This is a high-impact role where your work will drive our global expansion story.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of launching products globally, handling compliance and onboarding, and working closely with our founder on strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Launch our products in new global marketplaces through expertly navigating regulatory requirements and establishing strong relationships with local partners.
  • Develop and implement efficient compliance and onboarding processes, setting standards for smooth execution and enabling seamless handovers to internal teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in global beauty compliance and marketplace launches, with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry best practices.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.
