Hotel Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maximizing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Front Desk Operations: Ensure smooth check-ins, check-outs, and handle guest complaints effectively.
  2. Supervise Housekeeping: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and safety in all areas of the hotel.
  3. Coordinate Food and Beverage Services: Plan, organize, and execute food and beverage services, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff training.
  4. Oversee Engineering and Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure timely repairs.
  5. Manage Security and Safety: Develop and implement effective security protocols, conduct regular risk assessments, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  6. Develop and Implement Operational Strategies: Analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to increase efficiency and profitability.
  7. Lead and Motivate Staff: Foster a positive work environment, provide ongoing coaching and training, and promote teamwork and collaboration among staff members.

Requirements:

  1. Graduate or Postgraduate Degree in Hospitality or a related field.
  2. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a management role.
  3. Proven track record of success in improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing guest satisfaction.
  4. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  5. Flexibility to relocate within Southern India and willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
