Performance Marketing Executive

The role involves developing and executing performance marketing strategies to drive measurable growth for our clients.

Responsibilities include planning, launching, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social platforms. This also involves leveraging tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform-specific insights to track user behavior, campaign performance, and conversion pathways.

  • Develop end-to-end performance marketing strategies that align with client goals.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns.
  • Manage digital advertising budgets effectively.
  • Continuously test creatives, ad copies, targeting, and bidding strategies.

The ideal candidate will have experience in performance marketing or digital marketing, preferably at a marketing or creative agency. Hands-on experience with key digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, and e-commerce platforms is required.

Expertise in data analytics and reporting tools, as well as A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation, is highly desirable. The role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills.
