As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving campaigns across multiple platforms to achieve client return on ad spend (ROAS) and grow their brands.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns, strong communication and client-facing skills, and a proven track record of delivering ROAS and scaling campaigns profitably.

You will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across various channels, taking full ownership of client accounts. This includes communicating directly with clients, providing timely reports and insights, and offering strategic guidance to ensure alignment with client goals.

We are looking for an individual who can collaborate effectively with our creative and Shopify teams to develop targeted campaigns that meet client objectives. A high-ownership mindset, respect for deadlines and processes, and a strong ability to guide clients strategically are essential qualities for this role.

In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team.
