Exciting Opportunity in Retail Sales
A leading brand is seeking a dynamic Retail Salesperson to join its team. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a professional manner, addressing their needs and queries.
- Offer detailed product information and make recommendations to drive sales.
- Operate Point of Sale systems efficiently, handling billing and transactions accurately.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to POS, printing, and billing software.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
- Contribute to daily retail operations and meet monthly targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Immediate availability, preferably starting from Monday.
- Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with POS systems, billing software, printers, and troubleshooting common technical issues.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (HS).
- At least 2 years of experience in Retail, preferably in fashion, jewelry, or luxury products.
- Tech-savvy, customer-oriented, and dependable.
