Job Role: Student Experience Ambassador

Job Description

  • We are seeking a Student Experience Ambassador to support students and parents throughout their journey with us.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to address concerns and refund requests with empathy and efficiency.
  • This role requires someone who can manage escalations across multiple channels, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
  • As a Student Experience Ambassador, you will also mentor students to ensure effective use of our app and maximize learning outcomes.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential in this role, where you will work closely with Sales, Tech, and Academy teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries and concerns via chat, email, and calls.
  • Provide empathetic and solution-oriented support to customers.
  • Mentor students to achieve maximum learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Possess a passion for education and student success.
