Job Title: Customer Experience Ambassador OverviewThe Customer Experience Ambassador plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, while maintaining the smooth operation of our office. Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist guests, clients, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or department.
  • Manage visitor logs and provide visitor passes when necessary.
Communication ManagementThe Customer Experience Ambassador is responsible for handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Answer and forward incoming phone calls efficiently.
  • Handle emails and other correspondence with basic information.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and packages promptly.
Administrative Support
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation accurately.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments effectively.
  • Maintain and order office supplies and keep an inventory up-to-date.
Office Operations
  • Ensure the reception area remains clean, tidy, and organized at all times.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Customer Service
  • Provide high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain a positive office atmosphere.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues to management when needed.
 Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
 Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
