Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill a Signal Integrity and Power Integrity Engineer position.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in signal integrity and power integrity fundamentals, with a deep understanding of S-parameter modeling concepts for single-ended and differential interfaces.

Experience in simulating memory interfaces (DDR4/LPDDR4) and high-speed serial IO interfaces (PCIe Gen3/4, SATA Gen3, USB3/3.1, and Display Interfaces) is also required.

The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of power delivery network analysis, impedance profile analysis, IR drop analysis, and time-domain analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Extracting PDN models of packages and PCB power rails and performing decoupling capacitor optimization and loop inductance analysis.
  2. Developing and implementing simulation tools, including Hspice, Sigrity (2.5D and 3D-EM), ADS, Ansys SIwave, HFSS 3D, Cadence-PowerSI & PowerDC.
Requirements
  • Strong background in signal integrity and power integrity fundamentals.
  • Deep understanding of S-parameter modeling concepts.
  • Experience in simulating memory interfaces (DDR4/LPDDR4) and high-speed serial IO interfaces (PCIe Gen3/4, SATA Gen3, USB3/3.1, and Display Interfaces).
  • Good knowledge of power delivery network analysis, impedance profile analysis, IR drop analysis, and time-domain analysis.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing simulation tools.
