RF System Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented RF System Integration Specialist to join our engineering team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating, testing, and validating complex RF systems and subsystems, ensuring optimal performance across a wide range of frequencies and environments.

This role involves:

  • Integrating RF systems and subsystems, including antennas, transmitters, receivers, filters, amplifiers, and signal processors.
  • Developing test plans and performing RF testing and validation (e.g., S-parameters, power, gain, noise figure, VSWR).
  • Analyzing system performance using RF simulation and analysis tools.
  • Identifying and troubleshooting issues at system and component levels; recommending and implementing design or process improvements.
  • Collaborating with design, PCB layout, and mechanical teams to ensure RF performance meets specifications.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's / Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF/Microwave Engineering, or related field.
  • Knowledge in RF systems integration, RF hardware development, or related engineering roles.
  • Solid understanding of RF concepts, including impedance matching, modulation, filtering, and signal propagation.
  • Hands-on experience with RF test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, VNAs, signal generators, power meters).
  • Awareness of RF simulation tools such as CST, HFSS, or MATLAB.
  • Strong knowledge of active & passive RF devices, cables, and connectors.
  • Understanding of EMI/EMC and their effect on RF systems.
