DFT Integration Specialist

As a DFT Integration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless integration of Design for Test solutions into products.

The ideal candidate should have 4-7 years of experience in working with DFT RTL side of things, including RTL edt/SSN/MBIST insertion.

  • Experience in working on DFT RTL side of things, including RTL edt/SSN/MBIST insertion is essential.
  • A good hold on streaming through RTL files and debugging from log pointers is necessary.
  • A good understanding of DFT architecture is desired.
  • Knowledge of SSN and TAP structures is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality DFT solutions that meet product requirements.

Analyze and optimize DFT designs to improve test efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DFT solutions.

Develop and maintain DFT knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
