The Senior Systems Analyst role involves analyzing technology systems and processes to drive innovation and improvement. This position is critical in ensuring seamless integration of the Point of Sale (POS) application with our omni-channel systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and develop technical specifications for the POS application
  • Create business cases, including cost-benefit analysis, for strategic initiatives and special projects
  • Ensure production data accuracy, integrity, and cleanliness for guest and employee profiles, transactions, etc.
  • Bulk up monitoring and alerting capabilities across multiple integrations, not limited to POS
  • Automate report generation in Power BI, Splunk, etc., to get meaningful KPIs
  • Get familiar with the architecture of applications and the technology stack to recommend suitable strategies to ensure SLAs are met
  • Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, QA testers, and IT support staff
  • Analyze real/actual data for business reporting, project decision-making, and production issues troubleshooting
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle
