  • Develop and execute orientation sessions, webinars, and events to strengthen engagement and foster a sense of community.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, ensuring timely reporting and data-driven insights.
  • Drive retention by identifying opportunities for growth and development, ensuring schools continue to participate in subsequent years.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 5–8 years of experience in school relationship management, educational sales, or client servicing within the education/EdTech sector.
  • Established network of 50–60 schools with strong professional relationships.
  • In-depth understanding of the K–12 school decision-making ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office applications.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Prior experience with EdTech programs or assessment solutions.
  • Strong presence within the Delhi/NCR school network.
  • Ability to manage multiple school accounts with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Willingness to travel locally or regionally when required.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Number of schools onboarded from existing networks.
  • School retention and repeat participation rates.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction scores.
  • Timeliness of payments and accuracy of handovers to operations teams.
