Job Title: School Relationship Manager
School relationship managers play a pivotal role in fostering long-term connections with schools, ensuring smooth onboarding and driving repeat participation in educational solutions. This dynamic role requires experienced professionals to leverage their networks and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Onboard new schools through existing connections, ensuring a seamless integration into our programs.
- Nurture and maintain long-term relationships with school administrators, coordinators, and decision-makers.
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding processes, including documentation, registration, and payment realization.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned schools, addressing queries and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Monitor school participation and engagement levels, gathering valuable feedback to inform future strategies.
- Develop and execute orientation sessions, webinars, and events to strengthen engagement and foster a sense of community.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, ensuring timely reporting and data-driven insights.
- Drive retention by identifying opportunities for growth and development, ensuring schools continue to participate in subsequent years.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related fields.
- 5–8 years of experience in school relationship management, educational sales, or client servicing within the education/EdTech sector.
- Established network of 50–60 schools with strong professional relationships.
- In-depth understanding of the K–12 school decision-making ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office applications.
Preferred Attributes:
- Prior experience with EdTech programs or assessment solutions.
- Strong presence within the Delhi/NCR school network.
- Ability to manage multiple school accounts with professionalism and efficiency.
- Willingness to travel locally or regionally when required.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Number of schools onboarded from existing networks.
- School retention and repeat participation rates.
- Stakeholder satisfaction scores.
- Timeliness of payments and accuracy of handovers to operations teams.
