Job Summary

">This role is responsible for driving growth and long-term sustainability through effective resource mobilization strategies, cultivating and managing institutional partnerships, and ensuring strong donor engagement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute a fundraising strategy to secure diverse funding streams.
  • Cultivate and manage institutional partnerships to support Vayam's mission and scale-up efforts.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with donors and partners.
  • Manage donor reports, communications, and updates.

">Essential Functions
  1. Planning and carrying out a fundraising strategy.
  2. Creating and implementing a complete fundraising plan that fits with Vayam's vision and programs.
  3. Managing grants and proposals, including writing MOUs and due diligence.
  4. Building strategic collaborations with businesses, NGOs, and academic institutions.
  5. Knowledge Management: working with communication teams to develop fundraising materials and campaigns.

">Desired Profile

">
  • Master's degree in social work, development studies, or related field.
  • 10-12 years of progressive experience in fundraising, donor engagement, or partnership development.
  • Proven track record of building and managing relationships with institutional donors and foundations.

Applicants should have good written and spoken English and Hindi communication abilities, along with excellent networking and presentation skills. They should also be able to work independently, take the lead, and meet deadlines.
