About the Role:

The purpose of this position is to provide technical expertise in architecture planning, design and management of infrastructure solutions.

  • Provide support in architecture planning, migration, installation for new projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Lead the structural and architectural design of infrastructure solutions, ensuring scalability, extensibility and reliability.
  • Conduct technology capacity planning by reviewing current and future requirements, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Utilize and leverage new features of underlying technologies to ensure smooth functioning of databases and applications.
  • Strategize, implement disaster recovery plans, create and implement backup and recovery plans.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, troubleshooting issues, conducting root cause analysis and developing fixes.
  • Plan for and manage upgradations, migration, maintenance, backup, installation and configuration functions.
  • Review technical performance, deploying ways to improve efficiency, fine-tune performance and reduce challenges.
  • Develop shift rosters for teams, ensuring no disruption in operations.
  • Create and update SOPs, Data Responsibility Matrices, operations manuals, daily test plans, data architecture guidance.
  • Provide weekly status reports to leadership teams, internal stakeholders on progress, updates, status and next steps.
