Job Title: Product Strategy and Development Manager

About the Role:
A key position within our business, this role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive profitable growth across multiple product lines.

Main Responsibilities:
• Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products and enhance existing ones
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and quality functions to strengthen our product portfolio
• Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company objectives

Key Skills and Qualifications:
B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication / Electrical and Electronics / Electrical with 4 – 8 years of experience
• Strong understanding of electrical and automation systems
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships
