Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience of managing product/strategy/distribution etc.
  • Making Business proposition & strategies for Corporate Lending products like Term Loan/Working Capital/Machine & Equipment/Supply Chain Finance/Invoice Discounting.
  • Purpose to streamline and bring in more synergy across all functions to create an effective and robust model.
  • Responsible for building better tracking mechanism as well as improving tools to enhance productivity of business team.
  • Responsible for new marketing as well as Support Business through new initiatives for better output.
  • Managing P&L

Relevant Experience :

  • 5+ years of experience managing Product & Strategy in NBFC / Banks.
  • Sound Knowledge of Working Capital/Term loan/Supply Chain/Bill Discounting.
  • Experience in Digitization initiatives for Banks / NBFCs esp. in Corporate / SME sector.
  • Tactical & Strategic bent of mind
