About the Role :Wizdom is seeking a passionate and data-driven Product Manager to join our growing team in Mumbai or remotely. As a Product Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our microlearning app.

You will be responsible for defining and championing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will work closely with our design and engineering teams to bring new features and enhancements to life, ensuring an exceptional user experience. Responsibilities :

  • Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Wizdom app.
  • Conduct user research, including user interviews and surveys, to understand user needs and pain points.
  • Analyze user data and app performance metrics (using tools like Mix panel and CleverTap) to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Translate user needs and business goals into detailed product requirements documents (PRDs).
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
  • Work closely with the engineering team throughout the development process to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of new features and iterations, making data-driven decisions to optimize the user experience.
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape and emerging trends in the mobile app and EdTech space.

Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager with a strong focus on mobile app development.
  • A strong understanding of the product development lifecycle.
  • Experience conducting user research and analyzing user data to inform product decisions.
  • Proficiency in writing clear and concise product requirement documents (PRDs).
  • Excellent data analysis skills and experience with analytics tools like Mix panel and CleverTap.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • A passion for creating innovative and user-friendly mobile experiences.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment.
