Key Responsibilities:Account Management

Business Growth & Expansion
Take ownership of growth in your designated region, working on strategies to onboard new clients and ensure sustainable growth.
Onboarding New Colleges and Universities
Lead the onboarding process, helping institutions understand how our platform can enhance their services.
Training & Development
Provide necessary training and support to clients, ensuring they are well-equipped to use the platform.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Regularly analyze growth metrics and ensure goals are met, sharing timely updates with internal teams and clients.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 3-5 years in account management, preferably in EdTech or Portal Promotion.
- Prior experience in managing B2B accounts, especially within the education sector.
- Essential Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to build relationships and manage accounts effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of the EdTech industry and familiarity with CRM tools.
- A result-driven mindset with a passion for growth.
