This role plays a pivotal part in the admissions process, focusing on strategic growth initiatives to attract and retain students. Key responsibilities include developing procedures for admissions, evaluating student eligibility, and overseeing application assessments.
Key Accountabilities:- Establish and maintain effective admissions processes, ensuring seamless evaluation of applications.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, conduct campus tours, interviews, and information sessions to foster community engagement.
- Develop an integrated marketing strategy incorporating print, online, and digital media to achieve enrollment objectives in collaboration with the Admissions Office.
- Nurture relationships with local educational entities, create networking opportunities, and promote the institution nationwide through presentations and speeches at educational conferences.
- Oversee the creation and dissemination of admissions materials, events, and marketing practices to provide valuable information to prospective students and parents.
- Master's Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Public Relations, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within education or banking sectors.
