As a TechOps Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, hardware, tools, and services. You will monitor uptime, system health, and performance across development and production environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Systems Monitoring & Support
    • Monitor system health, identify issues, and troubleshoot problems in a timely manner.
    • Collaborate with DevOps teams to resolve recurring issues and implement fixes.
  • Infrastructure, Security & Automation
    • Configure access controls and user permissions for team members.
    • Implement secure practices such as system hardening and OS patching.
    • Assist in CI/CD workflows and contribute to infrastructure improvements.
  • Hardware, Tools & Vendor Management
    • Coordinate hardware procurement and vendor relationships.
    • Troubleshoot remote hardware/software issues during onboarding and day-to-day operations.
  • Team Enablement & Documentation
    • Maintain internal documentation and asset registers.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in TechOps, IT Support, Infrastructure, or DevOps assistance.
  • Familiarity with Linux/macOS systems, basic networking, and cloud services (AWS/GCP).
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring/logging tools and remote access tools.
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools, Git, basic scripting, or task automation.
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
