Job Title:
Procurement Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of indirect categories including IT, office supplies, consulting services, facilities, HR, and marketing.

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to drive cost savings and value for the organization.
  • Lead RFPs, RFQs, and supplier selection processes ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors to achieve optimal terms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, service, or delivery in a timely manner.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize the supplier base and reduce procurement risk, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with finance and legal teams on budget alignment and contract terms to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in procurement operations, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement operations, preferably in an indirect category.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to negotiate complex contracts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
