Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire procurement lifecycle, encompassing indirect categories such as IT, office supplies, consulting services, facilities, HR, and marketing.
  • Formulate and execute sourcing strategies to yield cost savings and value enhancements.
  • Lead RFPs, RFQs, and supplier selection processes to ensure the identification of top-tier vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with suppliers to meet business objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to grasp business requirements and develop effective procurement plans.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address issues related to quality, service, or delivery to minimize risk exposure.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies to maintain a compliant and efficient procurement process.
  • Identify opportunities for optimizing the supplier base and reducing procurement risk through data-driven analysis and market research.
  • Collaborate with finance and legal teams on budget alignment and contract terms to ensure seamless integration and alignment.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Display a strong understanding of procurement principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications is required.
