Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire procurement lifecycle, encompassing indirect categories such as IT, office supplies, consulting services, facilities, HR, and marketing.
- Formulate and execute sourcing strategies to yield cost savings and value enhancements.
- Lead RFPs, RFQs, and supplier selection processes to ensure the identification of top-tier vendors.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with suppliers to meet business objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to grasp business requirements and develop effective procurement plans.
- Monitor supplier performance and address issues related to quality, service, or delivery to minimize risk exposure.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies to maintain a compliant and efficient procurement process.
- Identify opportunities for optimizing the supplier base and reducing procurement risk through data-driven analysis and market research.
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams on budget alignment and contract terms to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Display a strong understanding of procurement principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications is required.
