Job Description

In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic partner to our HR team, fostering collaborative relationships and driving the implementation of people-centric initiatives. Your expertise in talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development will be instrumental in shaping our company's HR framework.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Serving as a key liaison between HR functions, ensuring seamless collaboration and integrated solutions;
  • Providing analytical insights to inform HR programs and drive data-driven decision-making;
  • Conducting succession planning, career development, and change management initiatives to enhance employee growth and retention;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives;
  • Evaluating and implementing best practices in HR frameworks, compliance, and processes to ensure optimal performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • At least 6-8 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 years in an HR Business Partner role;
  • Proven experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments, preferably in technology, renewable energy, or similar sectors;
  • Strong understanding of HR frameworks, compliance, and best practices;
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, relationship-building, and communication skills;
  • Analytical ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations;
  • Results-driven approach with a hands-on attitude to solving HR challenges.
