Senior Accounting Leader

">

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager to lead our accounting operations.

">

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all accounting activities, ensuring statutory compliance, managing audits, financial reporting, and achieving business objectives.

">

Key Responsibilities:

">

1. Perform day-to-day accounting activities including ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.

">

2. Ensure compliance with Indian tax regulations including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.

">

3. Establish robust checks and controls within each task to ensure accuracy.

">

4. Coordinate and manage internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness.

">

5. Review and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

">

6. Develop and implement internal controls, financial policies, and procedures.

">

7. Work closely with business heads to provide financial insights and strategic support.

">

8. Liaise with banks, auditors, and government authorities for financial and statutory matters.

">

9. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.

">

Required Qualifications & Skills:

">

• CA/CMA/MBA or equivalent qualification is mandatory.

">

• 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.

">

• Strong knowledge of GAAP, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.

">

• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Zoho, Tally) and advanced Excel skills.

">

• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

">
