
Customer Service Representative

Job Overview:
The role of Customer Service Executive is pivotal in fostering strong relationships with dealers and customers alike, ensuring seamless loan application processing and resolving sales queries in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Generate leads for deals through interactions with designated stakeholders or channel partners/open market.
- Cross-selling: Offer product solutions to customers, explaining the benefits and features of our offerings.
- End-to-end Relationship Management: Manage customer relationships from initiation to resolution, addressing sales queries and educating customers on capabilities and limitations.
- Dealer Interactions: Foster relationships with assigned dealers, collaborating with operations and credit teams to ensure smooth loan application processes.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in any field, with a preference for Commerce graduates.
- Skills: Communication Skill, Negotiation Skill, Market/Industry Knowledge, Analytical Skill, and Product Knowledge.
- Preferred Qualifications: Commerce graduates preferred, comfortable working in the market, willing to learn, possess bike and license, good knowledge of RTO (UV), and Product Knowledge (UV).
