Supply Chain Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a talented Supply Chain Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their business goals through the effective implementation of world-class technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and supply chain requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions that drive results.
  • Lead Discovery Sessions: Lead discovery sessions to identify pain points and gather detailed specifications from clients, ensuring that we deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Presentation of Customized Solutions: Present customized solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse, showcasing how they can address client challenges and drive business value.
  • Develop and Implement Comprehensive Solutions: Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain solutions leveraging Kinaxis RapidResponse, working closely with technical teams to ensure feasibility and successful deployment.
  • Create Proposals and Demonstrations: Create detailed proposals, workflows, and use case demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities and demonstrate value to clients.
  • Configure and Customize Kinaxis RapidResponse: Configure and customize Kinaxis RapidResponse to meet client requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert for Kinaxis solutions during sales cycles and project delivery, providing technical guidance and support to internal teams and clients.
  • Sales Support: Support sales teams with technical expertise and thought leadership during the pre-sales process, helping to close deals and deliver successful projects.
  • Deliver Compelling Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concept scenarios, showcasing the power of Kinaxis RapidResponse and its ability to drive business value.
  • Respond to RFPs and RFIs: Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other documentation requests with detailed technical insights, ensuring that we position ourselves as a trusted advisor and leader in the market.
  • Maintain Stakeholder Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and vendors for solution delivery, maintaining clear and regular communication to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Provide post-implementation guidance and training to ensure client success with Kinaxis solutions, collecting feedback to refine processes and identify opportunities for future improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Production, Mechanical, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse, including configuration, implementation, or solution design.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of supply chain planning, demand management, and S&OP processes, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-focused mindset, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis), Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
