Supply Chain Planning Expert

As a Supply Chain Planning Expert, you will provide critical insights to clients by uncovering their business needs and challenges through meeting with stakeholders. You will leverage your analytical skills to perform quantitative and observational data analyses, forming and presenting recommendations.

">Experience

A minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience with Rapid Response or equivalent supply chain planning software is required.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience with significant hands-on work in Kinaxis RapidResponse.
  • Strong understanding of Demand/Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
  • Demonstrated experience with BRD creation, test planning, and UAT leadership.
  • Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, dashboard creation) and Advanced Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
Technical Skills
  • Kinaxis Rapid Response Expertise:
    • Deep functional and technical understanding of Master Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP.
    • Advanced scripting experience using Kinaxis-specific languages for data manipulation and custom workflows.
    • Experience in integrating Kinaxis with enterprise systems using APIs, ETL tools, or middleware.
    • Proficiency in building and maintaining data models in Kinaxis to ensure high-quality and consistent data flows.
    • Ability to create, customize, and manage analytical reports and dashboards within Kinaxis, and optionally connect with BI platforms.
    • Consulting experience, including assessments and implementations.
    • Functional and technical Experience SCM Planning.
    • Documenting requirements and processes.
    • Working collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
