Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing supply chain planning solutions for our clients using Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro).

This position is remote, but business travel will be required. As a solution consultant, you will work directly with clients to understand their business needs and configure effective supply chain planning solutions.

You'll translate business requirements into technical solutions, support data integration, and ensure clients gain measurable value from their investments. You'll collaborate closely with solution architects and senior solution consultants to deliver high-quality solutions that optimize supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with clients to understand their business requirements and collaborate with project teams to configure solutions accordingly.
  • Configure RapidResponse (Maestro) according to customer-specific processes, business requirements, and the functionality of their source system(s).
  • Support solution architects designing complex solutions for business requirements while maintaining best practices.
  • Support the validation and testing of the solution and capture user feedback.
  • Support data management and data integration-related activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Relevant experience ranging from 1 to 5 years is necessary. Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Research, or a related field with an excellent academic record is also required.

A certification as a Solution Consultant level 1 is mandatory, while anything above is considered a plus. Additionally, capability to develop RapidResponse (Maestro) resources to provide or support the expected functionalities and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English, both verbally and in writing are essential.

Preferred Skills

The ideal candidate should be detailed-oriented and self-directed, able to perform in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Practical knowledge of supply chain systems and business operations is also beneficial.

Industry certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP (or similar ones) are an asset.
