Key Delegate Acquisition Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic delegate relationship expert to secure high-profile attendees for our events.

About the Position

As a key delegate acquisition professional, you will play a vital role in delivering a strong, high-quality audience for our sponsors. Your main responsibility will be to build relationships with VIPs, communicate the benefits of attending, and secure their participation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage high-level executives, VIP delegates, and buyers to explain the event program and secure their attendance.
  • Book VIP delegates to attend the event at no cost to them.
  • Ensure delegates are fully briefed and have a seamless event experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and bookings in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure sponsors meet their target audiences.
  • Represent the organization professionally as a trusted point of contact for high-profile attendees.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years B2B sales experience
  • Proven experience in delegate acquisition, sales, business development, or relationship management (preferably within events, exhibitions, or conferences)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage senior-level professionals
  • Confidence in speaking with C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Target-driven with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
