SAP Expert for Global Employee Onboarding

As a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors expert, you will lead the implementation and support of Recruiting (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), and Onboarding (ONB) modules in global environments.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise in configuration, integration, and support of these modules, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. You will work closely with HR business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure system functionalities.

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SuccessFactors RCM, RMK, and ONB modules
  • Collaborate with HR business teams to gather requirements and configure system functionalities
  • Design and maintain career sites, candidate pipelines, and onboarding workflows
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and functional specs
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors
  • At least 3+ years in RCM (Recruiting Management)
  • At least 3+ years in RMK (Recruiting Marketing)
  • At least 2+ years in ONB (Onboarding)
  • Hands-on experience in configuration, integration, and support of these modules
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employer branding best practices
  • Experience working in remote/VDI-based environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
