Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to analyze their recruitment and onboarding processes and identify areas where SAP SuccessFactors can enhance these functions.
  • Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment modules, including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live support. Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors Delta releases and recommend new features for client adoption.
  • Develop comprehensive training materials and sessions for clients to ensure effective use and adoption of implemented modules.
  • Implement ONB20 in conjunction with existing ONB 10 reference models for clients. Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement services to clients.
  • Collaborate with other SAP SuccessFactors consultants and teams to integrate Onboarding and Recruitment modules with HR processes and systems.
  • Stay current on the latest SAP SuccessFactors features, releases, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients.
  • Prepare detailed project documentation, including process flow diagrams, functional specifications, and user manuals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment module implementation is essential.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices in recruitment and onboarding is crucial.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements are necessary.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in ONB20 and RCM is mandatory.
