About the Job Role:

The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and driving positive change in customer relationships. To achieve this, you will conduct regular Business Reviews and Check-ins with customers, aiming to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth.

As a Customer Success Associate, your primary focus will be on managing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Sentiment Analytics, Engagement Scores, and Request Completion SLAs.
