Job Title: Assistant Treasury Manager

Under the direction of the Global Head Treasury, we are seeking a seasoned professional to assume responsibility for managing the debt requirements of our organization. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling them to develop optimal financing solutions that align with our business objectives.

The incumbent will serve as a key liaison between our Forex front office and group companies, facilitating seamless communication and ensuring effective management of exposure and FX operations.

  • Monitoring of cash flow and financial covenants across all group companies on a periodic basis;
  • Coordinating drawdown/repayment formalities for debt facilities;
  • Timely completion of activities related to security/mortgage creation and perfection against loans;
  • Resolution of queries from banks;
  • Support in banking activities as per business requirements;
  • Ascertainment of implications on business operations;
  • Transactional support for trade finance as per business needs;

To succeed in this role, you must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. A strong understanding of debt finance principles and excellent communication skills are essential.
