Treasury Manager

This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves managing the debt finance function for a leading organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding the debt requirements of the group, executing optimum financing solutions, and coordinating with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Debt Finance:
- Monitor cash flow and financial covenants of all group companies on a periodic basis.
- Coordinate the drawdown/repayment formalities for debt facilities.
- Review documentation and ensure timely completion of activities related to security/mortgage creation and perfection against loans.
- Monitor compliance with financing conditions and obligations as per loan documents.
- Forex:
- Prepare daily deal blotter and ensure all disposal emails are attended to.
- Send import payments disposals to banks and update forward files to ensure it tallies with back office data.
- Resolve bank queries by coordinating with SSC teams.
- Collate data for hedging FX risk of foreign subsidiaries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a strong educational background in finance (CA or MBA) with a minimum of 8-12 years of experience in treasury management. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) is also essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
