Seamless Digital Experience Designer

We're seeking a talented designer to create intuitive and impactful digital experiences. As part of our design team, you'll collaborate with experienced designers, product managers, and engineers to develop features for web and mobile platforms.

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Design high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications
  • Support UX design process including research, ideation, prototyping, and usability testing
  • Participate in user research activities and assist in analyzing findings
  • Deliver design documentation and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
  • Contribute to visual design and micro-interaction elements to enhance user experience
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and systems to inform innovative design solutions

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed degree in Design, HCI, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Figma; experience with design systems is a plus
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
  • Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Portfolio demonstrating design thinking and execution (academic or personal projects acceptable)

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, UX writing, or animation tools
  • Interest in fintech or financial products
  • Attention to detail and proactive learning mindset

You'll have the opportunity to design for a multi-platform ecosystem, contribute to digital experiences used by over 1.2 million users, and participate in designing over 50 investment journeys across various financial products.
