Job Title: Senior User Experience Designer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop user-centric design methodologies, focusing on research and testing to drive informed design decisions.
  • Apply expertise in visual design principles, interaction design, information architecture, usability testing, and accessibility standards to create engaging and intuitive experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expert knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and cross-platform mobile development frameworks like Flutter.

Design Expertise:

  • 3-5 years of experience designing complex applications with responsive design principles, cross-platform consistency, touch-friendly interfaces, and real-time data synchronization capabilities.
  • 3+ years of creating dashboards, data presentation systems, real-time monitoring interfaces, and multi-device data integration with actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools, including automated prototyping workflows and GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted productivity tools.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience documenting design decisions and sharing reasoning in design reviews across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
