Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior User Experience Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will play a crucial role in crafting seamless and engaging user experiences for our digital products.

Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that meet business objectives.

  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with product roadmaps.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate business goals into effective designs.
  • Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to ensure maximum effectiveness.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in web and mobile app design.
  • Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
  • A keen eye for modern, minimalist, and user-centric design principles.
  • Strong expertise in UX principles, usability, and accessibility (WCAG).
  • Experience working with design systems and reusable UI components.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
