Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer with 1-2 years of professional experience and strong Next.js expertise to join our development team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, project ownership mindset, and emerging leadership qualities. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver responsive, high-quality user interfaces that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Development & Technical Excellence:
    • Build responsive and performant user interfaces using Next.js with pixel-perfect precision
    • Develop reusable components and front-end libraries that scale with growing applications
    • Translate UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable code with meticulous attention to detail
    • Integrate frontend components seamlessly with REST APIs
    • Ensure application performance, scalability, and security meet business standards
    • Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to maintain code quality
  • Ownership & Leadership:
    • Take full ownership of assigned features from conception to deployment
    • Proactively identify and solve technical challenges before they impact the team
    • Lead by example in code quality, documentation, and best practices
    • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
    • Drive technical decisions for frontend architecture and tooling choices
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
    • Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback
    • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Contribute to sprint planning and project estimation with accurate timelines
Required QualificationsTechnical Skills
  • 1-2 years of professional frontend development experience with demonstrable Next.js expertise
  • Strong proficiency with React.js fundamentals and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, Zustand, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles
  • Hands-on experience working with RESTful APIs and data fetching patterns
  • Proficiency with version control using Git and collaborative development workflows
  • Experience with frontend build tools and modern development workflows
